杭州豪盛电动车辆有限公司成立于2005年，是一家致力于各类智能物流仓储搬运设备研发、制造、销售和服务的高新技术企业。公司位于杭州城西科创大走廊青山湖科技城内，占地面积20000余平方米，生产厂房面积15000多平方米，年生产能力5000台以上。
